Use this form to request deletion of your Stranded account and the personal data tied to it. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

What happens next

  1. Submit the form with the email on your Stranded account.
  2. We email you a confirmation that the request was received.
  3. Our team deletes your account and personal data we are not legally required to keep.
  4. Records needed for law, tax, payment disputes, or safety may be retained for the required period, then removed or anonymized.
